EngineeredIllusions, WinterSun and I built apps and games, as an Ad Supported app or game. This SERVICE is provided by EngineeredIllusions, WinterSun and I (shortly we) at no cost and is intended for use (or play) as is.

The name you enter in our games is your nickname. You enter it for high score tables. It is not your real name. So it must be different than your real name. Which means you must not enter your real name there. Enter something else. Like your nickname. Which is not your real name.

This information is sent to Apple. Not to us. We have nothing to do with it.

To serve you beautifull ads. Which are showing games similar to the ones you play. Which you may like. If you like them, please click and install the game shown. Why not? you may even like it.

The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf.(Yeah right..) However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose(Like selling or bombarding you with "related" ads).

Although We did not ask for any, We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.Like not asking for anything, or storing anything. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, so don't put important sh*t on internet, it may get hacked. And nobody can guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Although our games are simple and can be played by anyone. They do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. As stated above we do not collect information from anyone. But our apps are ad supported. So who knows what kind of a shitty ad your child may see?

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
